I have the amazing opportunity to teach English in Zhenjiang China. I will be doing this as a volunteer experience though China Horizon. I am so excited for this experience and I can't wait to teach these children!
I will be teaching in the Dantu Experimental School with children anywhere from the age of 6 to 13 years old. I have a roommate named Breeanna Smith, a super cute girl from Utah. I can tell already we are going to be best friends!
I am excited, nervous, and a little scared to be in a foreign county for five months. But thank goodness for modern technology, I will be able to talk to my family and friends whenever I feel homesick. This experience is going to change my life and I can't wait. 3 more days and I will be in Beijing!
